We are all familiar with it. Murphy's Law, commonly quoted as: Everything that can go wrong, will go wrong. However, we like to interpret Murphy's Law a little differently, down in the abyss, we say: Everything that can happen, will happen.
It is easy to see certain circumstances as undesirable. But we regard challenges as a common part of what we do. Some days are more difficult than others, but boy do we love this business! Challenges keep us on our feet and we find that some of our most creative solutions have come from days that didn't go as planned.
Generally speaking, Murphy's Law is an inherent aspect of complex systems. Film production, without a doubt, is an incredibly complex system, made up of a variety of people and teams from different countries, cultures and backgrounds, working together in a number of locations and under different circumstances. Shoots can depend on the weather, on traffic, technology, health and more. There are always a lot of things to manage, but also new things to learn. This is what we specialise in, and we would love to talk you through your next production, if you have questions or concerns. Ask! We'll take care of it.
